My style as a supervisor and coach is experienced as both supportive and stimulating. My passion is encouraging people to grow and develop themselves and in consequence their coaching practice, whatever their context. I aim to combine energy and enthusiasm with a deep understanding of the dynamics of human interaction. I enjoy a reputation for being strong in linking practice to theory, which those seeking accreditation find particularly helpful.

I have a reputation for deep and careful listening, with an intuitive style, offering insights and reframes which are experienced as helpful by supervisees and coachees.

Experience and Development

I am a certified coach supervisor, a qualified coach and Managing Partner of The Madison Group Ltd coaching consultancy and founder of CoachingCraft. I find that I am appreciated by clients for my very broad range of experiences and theoretical underpinning as both coach and supervisor working across the full range of organisations in both UK and Europe, from private companies, household Times top 250 names, public and voluntary sector organisations.

I have a first degree in business and practised as a marketing and general management professional before forming my own coaching consultancy in 1993. I am a committed continuous learner and my development has included qualifying as a psychotherapist using approaches from Transactional Analysis and also Brief Solutions – Focussed, both stances inform my work. I am also a qualified coaching supervisor, team coach, MBTI accredited and a Spiritual Director in Worcester Diocese. I was proud to be nominated for ‘EMCC Global Supervisor of the Year’ in 2020 by a group of clients.
