About CoachingCraft
What is CoachingCraft?
CoachingCraft is a community of practice, focused on your professional journey as a coach at whatever stage you find yourself.
We can provide you with all your annual CPD and supervision needs, as well as access to a network of supportive and trained coaches and supervisors, a wealth of curated learning materials and advice on developing your coaching practice and business.
What does CoachingCraft do?
CoachingCraft enables you to develop a viable and sustainable coaching practice, alongside other coaching practitioners, within a community linked to an external accreditation framework.
Whether you are an in-house coach or run your own business, CoachingCraft enables you to explore and develop where coaching fits into your personal and business vision, goals and plans and to translate these into reality. We can help you find your unique voice as a coach, your “coaching signature style” that makes you unique and marks you out as different.
More than that, it invites you to join a group committed to our mutual development as effective coaches, developing our practice and sharing a passion for gaining insights that push the boundaries of what it means to be a ‘professional’ coach.
Why us?
CoachingCraft is run by highly experienced coaches and coach supervisors who have all set up and run coaching businesses, for both themselves or as part of a larger organisation.
It is a practical and down-to-earth community that supports its members in their quest to become successful and effective coaches.
For nearly 30 years, we have trained, developed, supervised and supported the accreditation of our clients, enabling them to achieve their aims and aspirations as coaches.
