Thierry Gregorius
As a coach and supervisor my clients routinely describe me as calm, perceptive and supportive while also stretching their thinking and being unafraid to explore new paths.
As a lifelong learner, with a background in technology leadership and consulting, my stance is informed by a wide variety of interests. I have a particular fascination with simplifying things to their essentials so that their true nature and meaning might reveal themselves.
Having grown up in a multilingual environment and worked internationally, I am naturally curious about people and how they see the world. I believe that coaching is primarily an act of being with someone and bearing witness to what’s unfolding for them – and discovering what may yet unfold.
Experience and Development
Freelance executive coach with private and organisational clients, particularly in science and technology related sectors, in the UK and worldwide.
Coaching supervisor at the Academy of Leadership and Management, UK.

Specialisms in Supervision
Leadership coaching and development (all levels and organisations). Career coaching (esp. leaders and mid-career professionals). Evolving interests in solution-focused, person-centred, systemic coaching, as well as humanistic psychology.
Interest Outside of Coaching
I love being in nature – wild swimming, walking, surfing, paddleboarding, cycling – at home in Devon, or when visiting our grownup children in Cornwall.
You’ll also find me in a gallery or bookshop browsing art, design, architecture, travel, business & entrepreneurship, psychology, or anything else that is tickling my interest right now…
