Pam Weeden

My passion as a supervisor and a coach is to work with creative approaches to enable people to see situations, relationships and their own selves from new perspectives and insights, so discovering new depths of understanding and ways forward. I believe in the unique creative ability of every individual and my work is centred on empowering a connection with the creative voice, so establishing the ability to work more intuitively and form a stronger relationship with the Inner Guide.

I am forever committed to learning and base my practice in theory. I am known for my ability to see beneath what is being spoken and bring forward the deeper, unsaid layers, leading to meaningful growth for both coaching clients and supervisees.

Experience and Development

I am a certified Coach Supervisor and owner of Pamelia, an organisation dedicated to coaching, supervision and creative development through intuitive art. I have experience in the education sector as a coach and supervisor; I have been a serving Headteacher of two primary schools and a School Diocesan Consultant. My experience extends into the prison service, the Church of England, the housing sector, Local Government and the NHS.

My first degree was in English Literature and Education; as an education professional, I have a continual and long-term love of learning, and have professional qualifications in headship (NPQH), coaching at executive level, Coaching Supervision and Leadership and Management. I am currently pursuing a Level 5 Diploma in Psychotherapeutic Counselling Practice.

Specialisms in Supervision

Supervision for accreditation at all levels, Solutions-focused approaches to coaching, coaching for purpose and direction, creativity in coaching and supervision

Interest Outside of Coaching

Outside of work, I am a passionate artist; alongside creating and selling my pieces, I run intuitive art workshops, which use art and coaching to connect people to their unique creative individual voice.

I am married with two adult sons; I love walking in nature with my camera (ever capturing ideas and stimuli for my paintings!). I also love cats and rescue black cats. We currently have four living with us.
